I have been working as a soft skill trainer for sales & marketing professionals. I am passionate to empower people to make them excel in their professional as well as personal areas of life. My area of expertise is to deliver subject knowledge in simple, practical & interesting way to have fruitful learnings. By virtue of my 2 decades of experience of having worked in different hierarchies from a sales person to brand manager to a general manager, it comes naturally to me to have a good connect & relate easily to the areas of problem solving & helping overcome challenges in sales & marketing. To add up to this, MBA in marketing degree from top premier institute of India, certification in lean six sigma as black belt & a qualified trainer from the reputed institute as ISTD creates a good blend in me as a trainer. I believe in creating & adding value through every aspect as evident from my presence & participation on various social media platforms. My signature work areas are grooming, selling skills development & time management. I have also hands-on experience in leadership & management development programmes. At present, I am associated with Novo Medi Science as General Manager- Marketing & Sales for their Critical care division. In my career, I have accumulated good experience of working in association with different sort of work environments with top ranked pharma companies; Zydus Cadila, Biocon ,Gufic & Nicholas Piramal I am keenly looking to associate with an opportunity to utilise my skills & knowledge to its best.
