CEO and Co Founder of Thinkhall Academy, a motivational professional speaker, corporate trainers, e learning evangelist and Retail experience enhancer. Iti has been declared Emerging Leaders League 40 under 40 by Economic Times HR and won many awards like Emerging leader of the year 2021 by Brilliant Read, Social Entrepreneur of the Year by Indian Business Woman and has also been featured in the global campaign of Levis called “I Shape My World” as a changemaker.

She has been an ardent supporter of gender equality and support women representation in Business ecosystem. She has trained more than 2 lakh retail professionals for various soft skills, functional and operational subjects. She has also given motivational speaking to various well known brands like Rakuten, BMI, Forever New and in many national and international conferences. Apart from being international level motivational speaker, she also an e learning evangelist and work on the latest technology of e learning techniques using NLP and EQ combinations.
